I’m Roxanne. It’s nice to meet you!


I’m a game designer with over 10 years of professional experience making (mostly serious) games.

 

I’m currently the Game Design Lead for the client team at Level Ex where I make games for doctors (and sometimes astronauts).

 

I’ve made my career working with a wide variety of clients and leading teams to build games that tackle critical, real-world challenges. I’m energized by talking to experts to understand each new audience and empathize with their unique challenges, and I love translating my discoveries into award-winning products that challenge, surprise, and delight players.

 

I’m a fervent believer in rapid prototyping and I routinely use visual scripting to work alongside engineers to prove out solutions. My favorite place to be is shoulder-to-shoulder with my team working in an environment where I can leverage my strong technical background to validate my designs.
